Documentation that holds up in a dispute.

You are not buying another checklist app. You are buying a timestamped compare packet guests and processors can follow: baseline at castoff, hand back in the same zones, one PDF when the hold gets challenged.

One disputed repair or chargeback costs more than a season of software.

FQA · frequently questioned answers

Order matters · same discipline as vessel zones and the knot ladder on the lattice above.

  1. Will the packet help in a chargeback or deposit fight?

Processors want chronology: onboard baseline, hand back in the same zones, new tags only. One PDF beats a camera-roll dump. It is operator documentation, not a guarantee, but it is the shape issuers and brokers expect.

  2. Try before subscribe?

Fill yours now runs free on your phone. Vessel data stays in the browser until you publish; proof, verify, and guest URLs go live on ships.one when you export.

  3. Why not cheaper software?

On the dock, cheap reads as optional. You are paying for a compare packet that survives processor review, not another icon on the home screen.

  4. Marketplace claim UI?

Platform screens help guests. Your hold still needs your chronological archive beside the marketplace clock.

  5. Paper checklists?

Paper does not enforce baseline-before-hand-back or produce a shareable compare PDF with matching zone order.

  6. Survey or USCG sign-off?

No. Hand-back documentation at the dock · not certified survey or USCG certification.

  7. Already on marina or fleet software?

Ships.one is the hand-back packet layer, not slip billing or maintenance ERP. Pair it with your calendar stack.

  8. Two to five boats, not ten?

Micro-fleet is $149/mo for up to five vessels with org packet archive (between single vessel and full fleet). Self-serve checkout is rolling out; until then email berth@ships.one.
