SamBoat and Mediterranean peer rental claims

SamBoat and regional Mediterranean listings follow the same pattern as Boatsetter and Click&Boat: platform UI for the guest, owner-held deposit or card hold for damage.

Walkthrough baseline at handoff with platform_ref set to the listing booking id
End-of-day hand back before the next guest
Guest magic link when policy requires renter acknowledgment of pre-existing tags
Proof link in the owner file even if the platform ticket closes

Berth Rental skin (roadmap) labels zones for walkthrough turnover · M1 charter dock demo already exercises platform_ref on rental bookings today.

Bareboat and multi-vessel operators: onboard baseline → hand back → compare packet.
