Platform claim UI is not your deposit archive

Boatsetter, GetMyBoat, and Click&Boat help guests file claims inside their apps. Your card hold and your broker file still need your signed baseline and hand back compare.

Platform clock ≠ your archive

Forty-eight-hour windows and in-app prompts are real. They are not a chronological packet you control when the guest CC's their bank.

Run onboard and hand back in Berth even when the booking came from email or phone. Berth Rental (roadmap) adds platform_ref so your receipt ties to the marketplace booking without pretending the marketplace is your archive.

Bareboat and multi-vessel operators: onboard baseline → hand back → compare packet.
